Unless you have a particularly heavy flow, you can usually wear one pair of InTimes panties up to 10 to 12 hours. You can then use a new fresh pair overnight. Our period underwear comes in a range of absorbency, for days and nights with lighter or heavier flow. Rinse after use, until water is clear. Afterwards, you can put the panties into the laundry, or directly hand-wash or machine cold-wash the panties without bleach or softener. Please air-dry and do not use the dryer, as it can damage the fabric.

The main body of most of our products are made with sustainable bamboo cotton and manufactured with sustainable and certified techniques. We want to balance both comfort for you, as well as protect the environment.

All of the materials used in our InTimes products are carefully selected and developed to provide comfort and safety, while maintaining sustainability and being environmentally friendly. Our panties are all made without PFAS or plastic and manufactured with sustainable and certified techniques. You can find each product's ingredient list on the product page. We want to balance both comfort for you, as well as protect the environment.

We partner with trusted suppliers and sourcing sustainable and natural material, such as bamboo . Most of our products are produced in China by ethical and certified factories that service many sustainable brands in the world. Please be assured that all products are tested and sustainable. Our team is continuously communicating with our supplier to maintain the highest quality.

We are German-designed and for now, we are selling online only, but we are sending sustainable panties worldwide!

Our average shipping time is 5 to 10 business days, but we kindly ask for an estimate of 5-15 business days in case of unexpected delays. You will get a tracking code as soon as your order is sent your way and can follow along.

We partner with multiple warehouses and ship from Asia (mostly in China) and ship worldwide. We are working on establishing more partnerships and logistical collaborations with warehouses in the US and Europe soon.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wearintimes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will receive store credit once the items are received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, code redemptions or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our return centers are in Germany and the US. The return postage is approximately US$5 / 5 EUR. If you would let us know where you are located, we can give you the estimated return postage.

The period panties are true to size unless stated otherwise on the product page. Please check the product that you are interested in for further information.

We aim to give feedback to all requests within 24 hours, but please allow 1-2 business days for the response.

According to the CDC, there is no evidence to suggest that coronavirus has been transmitted through imported goods and packages. While coronaviruses are transmitted person-to-person through respiratory droplets from coughs or sneezes, they generally have poor survival on surfaces. This means there is likely a very low risk of the current virus spreading from products or packaging that have been shipped over days or weeks at ambient temperatures.
